A place that offers the authenticity of the typical dishes of Trentino cuisine with products coming directly from the company or from nearby towns. The menu is very rich and ranges from appetizers based on meats and cured meats of our own production to characteristic first courses such as strangolapreti, canederli, pasta with game sauces and tagliatelle with mushrooms; among the latter, however, you cannot miss the polenta, with a wide choice of meats including roe deer, rabbit, pork pins or beef stew or with melted cheese and mushrooms. The salted meat is also excellent, as well as the mushroom bundle. Among the desserts, do not miss the apple strudel, the jam tart and the cream cooked with berries, all strictly homemade.
