Guided tour of Casa Caveau with final tasting of Nosiola and Vino Santo
On the occasion of 100 years of tourism, we invite you to experience a special adventure discovering one of the most iconic products of the Valle dei Laghi.
Casa Caveau del Vino Santo, located in the ancient drying room of Padergnone, is a place where tradition, culture, and innovation meet to tell the story of Trentino DOC Vino Santo, the famous “passito dei passiti” and a Slow Food presidium.
Through an immersive guided tour, you will retrace the steps leading to the creation of this extraordinary wine: from the cultivation of Nosiola, a native grape of the Valle dei Laghi, to the drying on traditional arèle, up to pressing and long aging.
At the end of the visit, the experience will continue with a convivial moment dedicated to the flavors of the territory, featuring a tasting of Nosiola and Vino Santo from the winemakers of the Valle dei Laghi accompanied by artisanal Tecchiolli focaccias and a board of cured meats and cheeses.
