A Journey into the Secrets of Oil and Honey.
An experience that begins in the shade of the Olif de Bòtes, the green patriarch of Garda Trentino. From here, a walk unfolds through the olive terraces of Arco, where every step tells the story of deep roots and age-old traditions.
The path then leads you to the apiary, where beekeeping practices safeguard biodiversity and live in perfect harmony with olive growing.
After the visit, the journey continues into the olive mill, where you will experience the thrill of a guided tasting of five extra virgin olive oils. Sitting comfortably, you will learn to recognize the nuances, aromas, and notes that make each oil unique.
To complete the experience, a generous platter of bread and paté, molche, and olives awaits – genuine flavours that bring you back to the land and its rural traditions. Finally, a sweet and surprising touch: a dessert with olive oil and Drena chestnuts, created in collaboration with Lady Chef Giada Miori of La Casina restaurant.
