Show cooking and tasting at Casa Caveau.

An intimate and evocative location, a glass of Reboro and a glass of Chianti Classico: the perfect ingredients for a unique gastronomic experience.

You will attend a live show cooking by the chefs of the Slow Food Alliance, ambassadors of local excellence and of the products featured in the Mese del Gusto.

During the show cooking you can watch the chef at work, ask questions, and you will be served two tasting dishes prepared on the spot with the products of the Mese del gusto: extra virgin olive oil, carne salada, Bleggio walnuts, Drena chestnuts, goat’s cheese;
Each dish will be paired with a glass of Reboro and a glass of Chianti Classico.
