An interactive dinner of mystery, wine and fine cuisine

An experience that blends flavour and intrigue: Salim Red at Night is a murder mystery dinner where you become part of the story, following clues and helping solve the case. The evening revolves around Pinot Noir, showcased through Fuvìa and Issato wines from Cantina Salim, paired with a three-course dinner. To finish, a tasting of Brume di Salim grappa is served alongside dessert. The cuisine is an essential part of the experience: authentic, inspired by the Slow Food philosophy, and a creative interpretation of tradition. Taste. Discover. What you need to know before joining

The experience takes place on 17 April 2026 at 7:30 pm and lasts approximately 3 hours.
This is an interactive dinner: throughout the courses, guests will be involved in the storyline and in solving the mystery.
