Departure from Sarche: 10:00 am (morning tour), 3:00 pm (afternoon tour)
First stop: Cantina Giovanni Poli (Santa Massenza) with Maxentia and 2 winemakers from Greve in Chianti
Second stop: Cantina F.lli Pisoni (Pergolese) for lunch/dinner with mixed platter and Reboro barley risotto
Third stop: Cantina Pedrotti with sweet tasting: fregoloti cake and castagnaccio
Return to Sarche: 2:00 pm (morning tour), 8:00 pm (afternoon tour)
