Nature Coaching at Ledro Land Art

A guided experience where nature, art and wellbeing come together in the heart of the Ledro Valley

Take a break from everyday life and rediscover the pleasure of slowing down, observing and connecting with nature through all your senses. Surrounded by woodland, a mountain stream and the inspiring installations of Ledro Land Art, this Nature Coaching experience invites you to reconnect with both the landscape and yourself.

Guided by Lauretta Rudat, Forest Pedagogue and Nature-Based Experiential Therapist, you will explore the park through simple exercises designed to awaken observation, awareness and sensory perception. Nature and the Land Art installations become a source of inspiration, helping you find balance, creativity and a renewed sense of calm.

A unique experience that brings together contemporary art, the natural environment and personal wellbeing in one of the most peaceful corners of Garda Trentino.

Who is this experience for?

This activity is suitable for adults who wish to experience nature in a mindful way and dedicate time to their own wellbeing.

No previous experience or particular level of fitness is required. All you need is the willingness to slow down, walk at a relaxed pace and embrace the experience.

What can you expect during the experience?

The activity takes place along the woodland trails of Ledro Land Art, surrounded by nature, artworks and the nearby stream.

Through simple Nature Coaching exercises, you will be guided to:

• observe the landscape from a new perspective;
• awaken your senses through direct contact with nature;
• experience the Land Art installations as part of the surrounding environment;
• enjoy moments of mindfulness, reflection and personal wellbeing.

The experience alternates gentle walks with guided pauses along the route.
