An experience for anyone who wants to connect with nature in an active way and contribute to protecting the local environment. Looking for Water Guardians invites adults and families to take part in monitoring a stream in Valle di Ledro through simple observation and data collection activities.

Guided by an experienced operator, you’ll discover the river environment and learn more about the importance of water for the local ecosystem. A chance to explore the area from a different perspective and contribute to a citizen science project.

What to know before participating

• The activity takes place every last Saturday of the month, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., from May to October (excluding July).
• The first appointment is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, meeting at Bar Barusse in Bezzecca.
• The experience takes place outdoors along a watercourse in the Valle di Ledro and includes simple environmental monitoring activities accompanied by expert personnel.
• Comfortable clothing and boots or shoes suitable for damp environments are recommended.
• Booking is mandatory by 4:00 p.m. on the previous Friday via WhatsApp message at +39 340 586 6310.
• Accessibility: This experience is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties.
  Partially accessible to people with visual and auditory disabilities.
