Someone is trying to steal the recipe for the perfect Speck. The master butcher Parisi, the last guardian of this precious secret, needs your help before the spies of the mysterious Fake Food Corporation get their hands on it.
Step inside the historic Salumificio Parisi and immerse yourself in an escape room full of puzzles, clues and unexpected twists. You'll have 60 minutes to solve the mystery, recover the secret recipe book and keep it safe before it's too late.

• Tasting of handcrafted cured meats, including Qualità Trentino certified products (Speck, Smoked Mortandela, Smoked Pancetta and Luganega) and Trentino Carne Salada PGI;
• Water and breadsticks included with the tasting;
• Disposable coat, shoe covers and hairnet are provided and must be worn to enter the production areas;
