Historical dinner at Drena Castle

An experience between history and local flavours

Inside the rooms of Drena Castle, this dinner inspired by 17th-century traditions offers a chance to step into the past. The experience is part of the Dro historical reenactment and features dishes based on recipes and ingredients typical of Trentino cuisine of that time.

Surrounded by stone walls and a quiet atmosphere, the menu brings together simple, authentic flavours paired with local wines. A shared table experience that connects food, place and history.

What you should know before you go

The dinner takes place on Saturday, 16 May, from 20:00 to 23:00, at Drena Castle.

The menu includes:

• Starter: carne salada with Grana cheese shavings
• First course: traditional barley soup (“orzetto”)
• Main course: polenta with venison and cabbage
• Dessert: sbrisolona cake
• White and red wines from Agraria Riva del Garda

Dinner is served at the table inside the castle rooms. No alternative menus are предусмотрены.
