A guided hike through nature, scenic landscapes and local history
Follow the sound of running water as you explore one of the most picturesque corners of the Ledro Valley. This guided hike takes you through the surroundings of Tiarno di Sotto, along a route that combines forests, meadows, rural landscapes and traces of the area's rich history.
The trail alternates between shaded woodland paths and open viewpoints overlooking the valley. Along the way, you'll discover two of the area's most fascinating natural attractions: the Gorg d'Abiss Waterfall, where the Massangla stream has carved spectacular water features into the rock, and the Croina Waterfall, a peaceful spot surrounded by unspoilt nature.
The hike also offers the opportunity to discover the area's cultural heritage, including the church of Tiarno di Sotto, dating back to the period of Venetian rule, and the small Church of San Giorgio, perched on a panoramic hilltop overlooking both Tiarno di Sopra and Tiarno di Sotto.
Throughout the walk, your Mountain Hiking Guide will share stories and insights about the relationship between water, forests, local history and the surrounding landscape.
An ideal experience for anyone wishing to discover the authentic side of the Ledro Valley through nature, waterfalls and historical sites.
