The Flavours of Fiera di San Francesco.
The Fiera di San Francesco has ancient roots. Once, it was the traditional annual market, a festive occasion for the residents of Tiarno di Sotto to come together. Today, the local Pro Loco has transformed the classic fair into a celebration of the products and typical dishes of Val di Ledro.
Alongside the market, they introduced the “Giro Gastronomico” (Gastronomic Tour): an itinerary that takes you from stop to stop to discover the region's traditional recipes. The highlight? Polenta, but not the 'usual': here you can taste variations with potatoes and buckwheat.
Participants will receive a wine glass, a glass holder pouch and a tasting card to track the stops.
This experience is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
