Freshly pressed olive oil, local flavours and a three-course lunch
The arrival of the new olive oil is a chance to celebrate the simple flavours of rural tradition. At Madonna delle Vittorie, discover the new harvest through a tasting that pairs freshly pressed “Nòf” olive oil with two autumn favourites: warm bread and seasonal vegetable minestrone.
Drizzled over the food just before serving, the oil brings out the best in every bite. The bread, made with heritage grains by a contemporary bakery, is paired with vegetables from nearby Val di Gresta, known for its mountain-grown produce, including potatoes, carrots, savoy cabbage and cauliflower.
An experience that introduces you to the flavour of freshly pressed olive oil and a tradition built around local produce, seasonal ingredients and the pleasure of sharing a meal.
The discovery continues at the table with a three-course lunch. Choose your dishes from the à la carte menu and finish with a trio of desserts served with Olì, a condiment made with organic extra virgin olive oil. A final pairing with a surprising twist.
