The Sagra della Natività di Maria, a historic village festival, has recently been enriched by the revival of an event that left its mark on the collective memory of the 1980s: the Palio delle 5 Spighe. This team competition brings together the hamlets of the valley in fun, friendly challenges, celebrating community spirit and joyful rivalry.
The games take place throughout the summer and culminate in Vigo Cavedine on September 6 and 7, with the final rounds and the award ceremony on Sunday. The winning hamlet earns the right to display the Palio trophy in their village for a year.
The whole community takes part—either as participants or spectators—in a warm, festive atmosphere.
The weekend is enriched with:
A celebration that brings together tradition, fun, and a love for the territory.
