The Lorenzo Bellini Quartet was formed through the fortuitous meeting of four talented young musicians: Lorenzo Bellini, Luca De Toni, Matteo Padoin, and Andrea Dionisi. Their musical journey began a couple of years ago at the esteemed Berklee College Of Music in Boston. Since then, they have made their mark on the international and European music scene, captivating audiences with their original compositions. Their creative vision culminated in the album Love Grain, where the brilliant compositions of Florentine pianist and composer Lorenzo Bellini harmoniously blend with the diverse musical backgrounds of each band member. Drawing inspiration from the contemporary essence of East Coast Jazz and modern swing, their thematic arrangements pulsate with rhythmic influences derived from the rich traditions of Brazil and Afro-Cuban music. This fusion creates an exhilarating crescendo of energy that instantly captivates and enchants listeners.
