The Festa del broccolo di Torbole, the “son of the wind”, is back: a weekend where broccoli takes centre stage between lake and mountains.
If excellent broccoli is harvested in Torbole and Linfano even in the middle of winter, it’s thanks to Lake Garda and the Pelèr, the north-eastern wind that creates a unique microclimate.
During the festival you can enjoy a menu dedicated to the Broccolo di Torbole, explore the Villaggio del Broccolo in Piazza Lietzmann, where you’ll find freshly picked broccoli, taste local extra virgin olive oil together with the EvoTrentino tasters, and discover regional products presented by Slow Food.
The Torbole Broccoli Festival is a carefully curated event that highlights the Torbole Broccoli, a Slow Food Presidia and a symbol of the local territory. It supports local communities and organizations by involving producers and associations from the Trentino Garda area. The festival strengthens the connection between culture, territory, and sustainability, promoting responsible choices and seasonal products.
