On Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 10:30 AM, the BMX track in Busatte (Municipality of Nago-Torbole) will host the “5th stage of the Triveneto BMX Circuit”, known as the “HAPPACHER Trophy”.
The event will involve various categories: cruisers (apripista), very young riders, beginners, youth, junior, master and elite athletes who will bring excitement through adrenaline and passion.
The Beginner and Youth categories will be divided into women and men. Approximately 230 athletes are expected to take part in the competition.
Participating teams come from much of the Veneto region: BMX Verona, BMX Creazzo, BMX San Giovanni Lupatoto, Carisma Team, BMX Pescantina; from Friuli Venezia Giulia with Team BMX 48erre and from South Tyrol with Team BMX Südtirol.
Each starting heat consists of eight riders.
At the start of the event, the opening riders (apripista) will take to the gate, completing the track in the fastest possible time, followed by the other categories.
The apripista category will race three heats only, while for all other categories the three heats are qualifying rounds: each finish corresponds to a point. To qualify for the next stage, riders must score between 3 and 12 points, progressing to the following rounds: quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals.
In the youngest category, girls compete together with boys.
In the Women’s Beginner and Youth categories, riders will go directly to the final and race in a single heat; if fewer than four participants are registered, they will be grouped with male riders.
The key features of this discipline are speed, power and reaction. The track is completed in a time ranging from approximately 35 to 45 seconds.
During the event, families will be able to enjoy a moment of shared emotions, sportsmanship, friendship and fun, accompanied by convivial moments.
The competition is expected to end around 3:30 PM, with the award ceremony.
