Family walk in the Val Lomasona biotope. Along the path you can find the traces left by the protagonists of the story.
The path runs along the Torbiera Lomasona, a real “grass lake” born from an ancient free water surface, interrupted by channels and pools. The Torbiera is a provincial nature reserve, that is, a particular and protected habitat where different kinds of amphibians and reed and marsh birds live.
Along the Little Walkers’ Paths, walking is like entering fairy tales.
The emergency phone number is 112.

From the village of Dasindo follow the signs for Val Lomasona, enter the valley up to the junction just before the fish farm. You can leave your car here, partly off the road. On the left is the wooden notice board and the start of the path that runs along the Torbiera Lomasona provincial nature reserve. The first part of the path is overshadowed by rocks with numerous caves, perhaps this is why there are legends about witches. The route continues into the woods, where hornbeams, hop-hornbeams, Norway spruces and beeches live, some truly monumental, then continues beyond the narrow Dal stream up to the last part of the undergrowth before returning to the dirt road.
The Lomaso area is connected to the other Garda Trentino centers by the extra-urban bus line 211 (Riva del Garda - Tenno - Fiavè - Ponte Arche).
From Ponte Arche/Comano Terme follow the signs towards Fiavé, at Dasindo (about 4 km from Ponte Arche) enter the village and continue by car towards Val Lomasona.
Free parking at the beginning of Val Lomasona (near the fish farm).
This hike is quite easy and does not present particular difficulties. However, we recommend wearing suitable footwear and bringing a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses. Don't forget water.
