Please note that the practicability of the itineraries in a mountain environment is strictly linked to the contingent conditions and is therefore influenced by natural phenomena, environmental changes and weather conditions. For this reason, the information contained in this page may have changed. Before leaving for a tour, make sure the path you will approach is still accessible by contacting the owner of the mountain hut, the alpine guides or the visitor centres of the nature parks, the info offices of the local tourist board.

The total distance of the DOGA cycle route is 110 kilometres and leads from the mountains of the Val di Sole to the olive groves of Lake Garda on barely used side roads and forest tracks.

By bicycle

The DOGA cycle path runs parallel to the EUROVELO 7 path. From Mezzocorona you can cross the Val di Non cycle path, to get to the starting point in Malé.

By bus

There are many connections that stop in Mezzocorona, Trento and Rovereto. Both local transport (Trentino Trasporti) and Flixbus. Please make sure in advance whether you can also carry your bicycle on the bus.

By train

Both national connections (Trenitalia) and long-distance international connections (DB and ÖBB) stop in Trento (bicycle transport by reservation only). It is possible to reach the starting point in Malé via the Trento-Malè railway connection, passing through Mezzocorona. Bicycles can also be transported on all regional railway trains along the Brenner axis.

By car

Take the Mezzocorona exit along the A22 Brenner motorway. From there, it is advisable to park in the station area and take the Trento-Malé train to the starting point. On the return journey from Rovereto, Mezzocorona can be reached by taking the Adige Valley cycle path or by regional train.
