Strategically located just 300 meters from the historic center in a quiet residential area a stone's throw from the lake, the apartment is located on the ground floor surrounded by greenery in a villa with garden and private parking space; ideal for a romantic couple's vacation but also suitable for families and business trips. In the immediate vicinity you can find bars, restaurants, shops and e.bike rental service.
All the most beautiful beaches and the famous Ponale, Bastione and Santa Barbara trails are easily accessible. Via Ardaro is also among the most sought-after streets in the city, being just a few steps from the center and the lake, a short distance from the Riva del Garda Exhibition and Congress Center.

your arrival at villatorretta24 will be very simple in fact once you arrive in Riva del Garda, just access Google Maps from your smartphone and type "Apartment villatorretta24" or set the satellite navigator to Via Ardaro n. 24.
If instead you arrive from the state road SS45 bis Gardesana Occidentale that runs along the lake, we recommend you proceed on Via Monte Oro for 500 meters turning right along Via Bastione, then taking Viale Giovanni Prati and finally after the stop sign go up along Via Ardaro for about 100 meters to number 24.
We will prepare the automatic gate open for you and you will be able to conveniently park your car directly inside the structure.
