Sara and her family will be happy to welcome you to their small but comfortable apartment, which boasts a beautiful location as it is far from noise, completely immersed in greenery yet close to the main services as well as the lake.
The Villa Cretaccio apartment is located in an ancient cool country house from the 1800s, considered the FIRST house in the historic center of Arco, surrounded by olive trees, apple orchards, and vineyards, at the foot of Monte Brione, a mountain you can climb to enjoy a beautiful view of the area.
Villa Cretaccio 1 is 2 km from the center of Arco, a coveted destination for climbers from all over the world, and 3 km from the lake in the renowned Torbole on Lake Garda, a suitable place for practicing all kinds of water sports such as: WINDSURFING, KITESURFING, FOILING, SUP, and many more.
What to say if you love cycling? No problem, 200 meters away you will find the bike path that allows you to reach many fascinating places.
Your bikes will always be safe because we have a storage area within the accommodation specifically designed to house every type of guest equipment. If you don’t bring your bike with you, don't worry, we can provide one for you, free of charge.

When you leave the main road of Via Linfano, you will enter a small road lined with fields,
in front of you will find a residence called: La vigna di colore Rosa,
then turn left leaving the residence on your right, continue down the road, and you will see a group of houses..
Before the road becomes unpaved, turn right and at the end of this road directly in front of you, you will see a large white house with a big wooden door..

We take cleanliness very seriously, and therefore we ask for a contribution of 50 euros per stay.
We are very happy to welcome your pet; if you need bowls, beds, or anything else, please write to me so we can organize.
For the extra cleaning we will undertake in view of a stay with pets, we ask for 20 euros.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax must be paid on-site and is equal to 1 euro per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights. No tax is required for boys and children under 14 years old.
