The apartments "Villa Aranci Downtown" are in an historical building in the most beautiful square of the old town of Riva del Garda front of the old castle "La Rocca" and the lake. The apartments are a short distance from the "Fraglia Vela Riva" sailing club and the " Palazzo dei Congressi " and just 600 meters from the beaches which can be reached via the comfortable promenade along the lake. As soon as you get off the comfortable lift you will immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the historic center with its monuments, shops, restaurants, bars and a few steps from the boat port.

Consegna appartamento communque a fine pulizia. When you arrive at 4 p.m. you can park in the Residence Park and use the service. By arrival before 8:00 p.m. every 11:00 p.m. supplementary to Euro 25.00. Don't arrive before 11 p.m.

We require 20% of the amount at the time of booking, 30% of the amount 30 days before arrival and the balance one week before arrival.
For cancellations up to one month before arrival, a voucher will be issued equal to the amount paid as a deposit/security deposit. From the 29th day to the 7th day before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay is due as a cancellation penalty; from the 7th day to the day of arrival the full amount of the stay is due
Our customers are important to us, we will always do good if we manage to rent the apartment again. - The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
The price does not include the tourist tax of €1.50 per person (excluding children under 14) per day for the first 10 days of stay (Local Decree 8/2002 art. 16 bis).
