The elegant Residenza al Parco sits in the heart of Ponte Arche.

Our two apartments are both located in this charming setting. The apartments are bright,
welcoming, and thoughtfully furnished with refined elegance, guaranteeing a truly comfortable stay.
A 15-minute stroll through the beautiful, flat, and green park will lead you to the famous thermal
baths, which double up as a specialist skincare clinic and a perfect place for natural rejuvenation
and indulging in life's simple pleasures.
For families with children, our valley seamlessly blends nature with lots of fun, providing daily
entertainment right below the Residenza.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a basket of homemade produce.
Once in Ponte Arche, continue along the main road (Via Cesare Battisti) between the library and the
wine shop down the narrow street to Residence al Parco (yellow building).

Tourist tax is excluded from the price and is EUR 1 per person per night (+14 years old), for up to 10
consecutive days.
30% of the total amount due is requested to confirm your booking.
We will keep your deposit if you cancel your trip with less than 14 days’ notice.
