Description

Residence Excelsior is a residence featuring fully independent Mini-apartments and Suites, right on the lake. Unlike a standard hotel, we are pleased to host you in apartments that are unique in their own way, large or small depending on your needs!

You'll be staying in a historic 19th-century building. This was a popular meeting place for enjoying the upper tip of Lake Garda in all its splendor. We are committed to maintaining the character of the original structure through annual renovations.

We offer days spent actively on the lake, right in front of you. Immersed in the sound of the waves and complete relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Our location is strategic: Riva del Garda center (300 meters) is just a few minutes' walk away. In the evenings, we recommend a stroll along the lakeside to a good restaurant, pizzeria, or ice cream parlor.

Ideal for hiking, mountain biking, sailing, surfing, canoeing, rock climbing, photography, diving, SUP, painting, cycling, walking or simply enjoy the “dolce far niente” (the beauty of doing nothing)! Many new initiatives will be near our Excelsior facility in the near future, such as the famous lakeside cycle path, which extends from Limone to Riva del Garda. The famous Ponale road is also located adjacent to us!

From Riva del Garda (North):

Take the road down to Limone.

CAUTION: DO NOT enter the first tunnel!
You will see a sign on your right indicating our location; proceed with caution.

Take the road immediately to the right of the tunnel and UP the tunnel. Go down and pass the Ponale entrance. Next, on the right, you will find two buildings facing the lake; ours is at the end of the road.

From Limone (South):

Go through all the tunnels towards Riva del Garda. As soon as you pass the last tunnel, make a U-turn (we recommend turning around at the clearing in front of Ristorante Nazionale) and return to the last tunnel, following the directions above.

Check out: from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

Tourist tax excluded: €1.50/person/night for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Minors under 14 years old are exempt.

Pets allowed upon request. Cost: €9.00/night
