Residence Desiree is a family-run holiday residence located in Riva del Garda in a quiet area, close to the lake, to the harbour and the beach, and only 15 minutes walking ditance from the town center. The Residence, with two accomodation houses next to each other, offers different types of cozy apartments (all with one seperate bed room): STANDARD, SUPERIOR and DELUXE. The bilo STANDARD apartments are spacious and comfortable, with balcony, at second floor. The bilo SUPERIOR apartments are recently renovated with a modern style, they can be at ground floor with a private space outside or at first floor with balcony. The bilo DELUXE apartments are recently buildt and equipped with elegant furniture, with balconies or outside area at ground floor. Every type of apartment has free WiFi. All the apartments are provided with free private parking and there's at your disposal a video surveyed storage room for the bicycles.

PAYMENT:
The payment will be required on arrival day, and will be required a Caution of Euro 100,00 that will be given back at departure day.
Apartments must be left as clean and tidy as you have found them, otherwise the penality of Euro 100,00 will be charged.
The amount of the tourist tax due for these accommodation faciliities is 1,50€ per person/night (older than 14 Years).
