Our residence is approximately 300 m. from the Lake Garda, in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the historical centre of Riva del Garda We have spacious apartments furnished with great attention to both comfort and style. The apartments include a living room with pull-out couch, a kitchen area (includes dishwasher, microwave and all other necessary kitchen appliances), one, two or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, balcony with table and chairs, wall-safe, satellite TV, elevator and independently regulated heating, air conditioning and free WiFi. Linen is provided free of charge for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Guests can use our garage, garden with table and chairs, swimming pool with solarium area, teble tennis facilities, a place for washing machine and dryer machine, bicycles, storage area for sports equipment .
