The house is located in the historic center of Arco, adjacent to the path that leads to the castle passing through ancient olive groves. The house is divided into three indipendent apartments, one for each floor.
On the ground floor there is a large cellar, shared with the other apartments, where it is possible to leave bicycles, strollers and climbing equipment. It is also possible to recharge the E-Bike there.
At the back of the house, there is a small garden shared with the other apartments, with a large table and chairs to enjoy a nice picnic in the open area, while enjoying the castle view!
The Ex Carmellini car park is located 100 meters from the house.
Please note, it is not possible to arrive directly under the house by car because it is inside the historic center, closed to traffic.
Upon request, I can provide you with a daily parking permit.
Feel at home. Sheets and towels are included, as well as anything needed for the children (cot, potty, booster seat, bath, games....). Games for all ages and extra blankets for your 4-legged friends are available in the cellar. I ask you to treat the house with love as if it were yours and to avoid unnecessary energy waste (windows open with air conditioning/heating on...)
There is a price increase of 20 euros for final cleaning if pets are present.
There is the possibility of requesting a daily permit to park in the nearby public car park for 4 euros/day. To be requested in advance.
