BY CAR

From the A22 Brenner motorway, the most convenient exit to Oleeva is Rovereto Sud.
Head towards Riva del Garda - go through the two tunnels and take the first road on the right - continue for 1 km - Oleeva garda Living is on the right.

BY TRAIN
The nearest railway station is Rovereto. You can reach Riva del Garda with the Trentino Trasporti bus service, which regularly connects the Rovereto train station with Lake Garda.

BY PLANE
Oleeva can be easily reached by plane. The nearest airports are Verona V. Catullo and Milan-Bargamo Orio al Serio.

Check-In: on the day of arrival we are present at the hotel to welcome you from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Check-Out: on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
Late Check-Out (by 13:00) is possible with an extra charge of € 35,00 per room.

Cancellation and booking terms:

• Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge within 7 days of arrival.
• In case of modification or cancellation from 7 to 1 days before arrival 40% of the total amount will be charged on the credit card given as guarantee.
• In the event of a no show (no-show on the day of arrival) 60% of the total cost of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
• It is not possible to change your reservation during your stay.
• City tax of €1.50/person/night not included in the reservation. To be paid by check-out.
