Starting from the Rovereto Sud motorway tollbooth, follow the signs for SS240 towards Riva del Garda/Lake Garda. Once you reach Riva del Garda, follow the signs for Tenno. Continue on SP37 until the traffic light with the Piazze indication. The maisonette will be located at number 44/E, once you reach the residential area indicated by the PIAZZE sign.
The apartment consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa, and a smart TV with satellite channels, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. From the kitchen, there is access to a covered outdoor patio and a private garden with lake views, which offers a dining table, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. At the entrance, there is private covered parking for cars and bicycles. The apartment has free WiFi.
Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and events are not allowed. Noise should also be moderated between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Bicycles cannot be parked inside the house. For safety reasons, charging of e-bikes or scooters inside the apartment is not permitted.
