Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay thanks to two parking spaces and all modern amenities, including free WiFi and satellite TV.

How to get there

Highway exit A22 Rovereto south-Lake Garda North, direction Riva del Garda, and follow the signs for Valle di Ledro. The chalet is in an area served by a grocery store and bazaar, bar-newsstand-tobacco shop, hairdresser, post office, bank, pharmacy, gas station, bike path, and not far from restaurants, pizzerias, and the lake.

Conditions

Check-in: from 3:00 pm. Check-out: by 10:00 am. Flexible times available upon request.

Tourist tax not included: €1 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under 14 are exempt.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house; however, an outdoor terrace is available where guests may smoke comfortably.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors and, for this reason, may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties, elderly guests with reduced mobility, or very young children.

Guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen and barbecue clean; otherwise, a charge of €50.00 may be applied.
