The spacious and bright interior, the subject of a complete renovation just completed, includes an open space living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and dining area with an extendable table, a well-equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the panoramic veranda through large windows, a bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The apartment, characterized by light brushed fir wooden beams with spotlight and LED lighting, divided into sectors, SPC wood-effect flooring, and rustic white plaster walls, combines alpine charm with contemporary and bright design.

Here you can enjoy the sunrise over the surrounding peaks and the turquoise waters of the lake in perfect privacy.

How to get there

Arrival from Storo - upon arriving at the roundabout in Pieve di Ledro, turn right onto Via Alzer and continue until the Ledro sailing club, proceed in the direction of Pur on Via Val Maria, at the second hairpin turn, after 200 meters, turn right towards San Martino - Via al Roccolo, continue for about 400 m, and after the right hairpin turn, take the first road on the right. The house is located after 50 meters on the left.

Arrival from Riva del Garda - upon arriving in Molina di Ledro, turn left near the Palafitte Museum, continue towards Pur where you will arrive after following the shore of Lake Ledro. In Pur, keep to the left continuing on Via Val Maria and then turn right onto Via Europa for another 3 km. After the junction with Via Val Maria, continue for another 300 m and turn left towards San Martino - Via al Roccolo, continue for 400 meters and, after the right hairpin turn, take the first road on the right. The house is located after 50 meters on the left.
