The Casa Maria apartments are constructed with natural materials such as stone and wood and offer six
spacious and luminous apartments each on the ground floor with a private terrace in an oasis of tranquility
and just a few steps from the beach. Great attention has been taken to provide an environment that offers
our guests the sensation of freedom whilst still feeling at home. It's a great solution for families, groups of
friends and active people who will have the chance to take part in countless sports such as free-climbing,
windsurf, sailing, mountain bike, trekking and also shopping and culture. The Casa Maria apartments are
the perfect place to spend a holiday on Lake Garda and offer all home comforts. You can easily reach both
the beach and Riva del Garda with a convenient cycling and pedestrian path which departs directly from
the Residence.
In Torbole turn right for “Riva del Garda”, go beyond the 2nd tunnel and after about 300 meters (in front of the hotel du Lac) turn right. Follow the road indications “Resindence La Colombera” and in 5 minutes you will reach us.

The price of the apartment does not include the tourist tax which is 1.50 euros per night per person for people over 14 years and up to a maximum of 10 nights. Pets are not allowed in the structure.
