Casa Donati – Spacious apartment with private garden

Casa Donati is a spacious apartment spread over three floors, consisting of a living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, with capacity for up to six people.

Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, crib, and high chair are available. The apartment also has a private balcony.

The property is located a short distance from the Comano Terme Park, with green areas, wellness paths, and family-friendly zones. Nearby, you can also find the Rio Bianco waterfall, the Stenico Art Forest, and the village of Balbido.

A parking space is available on the property, as well as public parking nearby. Check-in is done autonomously.

The building has three sets of stairs: one to access the apartment and two internal ones to reach the bedrooms. It is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

About 500 meters from the house, there is a fenced private garden of about 3,500 m², with a table and deck chairs.

The garden is a natural green area, lacking utilities (no drinking water and electricity).

Thanks to the included Trentino Guest Card, guests can enjoy free public transportation and access to numerous local attractions.
