We feature six exclusive apartments and an independent villa, all modern, spacious, and beautifully furnished for maximum comfort and quality. Each includes fast Wi-Fi, Smart-TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher), and chip card access. Bella Villa Residence is located in the center of Riva del Garda at Viale Roma 28/30, in a limited traffic zone (ZTL) monitored by cameras, so special permits are required to enter by car.

The closest point to Bella Villa that can be reached by car without a permit is at the corner of Viale Francesca Alberti Lutti and Viale Roma, at the entrance to the Terme Romane parking lot. You can follow the directions at the following link: https://share.google/Hg97t4q3S0Fx9fff9
