Description

The Bellavista apartment is located in an elevated position overlooking the characteristic village of Mezzolago.
From the private terrace of the apartment, one can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Ledro and the surrounding landscape.

The Bellavista apartment is situated within a small condominium.
It is composed of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed plus a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a wonderful terrace of about 20 sq. m where you can relax and sunbathe.
Large communal garden and private parking space in the garage.

Pets: not allowed.

How to get there

From Riva del Garda, follow the brown road signs indicating "Lago di Ledro" or "Val di Ledro".
The road continues for about 5 km in a tunnel.
Once out of the tunnel, continue on the state road of the valley, passing through the towns of Biacesa and Pre' di Ledro until reaching
Molina di Ledro. After passing the town of Molina, you will come to an intersection; turn left and then continue right towards the locality of Pur along the lakeside road.

We welcome you, accompany you to the house, and hand over the keys to the rented property.

Conditions

The price includes the consumption of water, electricity, cooking gas, bed linen, use of the washing machine (where available), WiFi internet (where available), and firewood for the fireplace/BBQ (where available).

To be paid on the spot:
- tourist tax € 1.00 per person/night starting from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights
- any heating consumption is extra
Upon request from guests:
- bath linen (€ 8.00 per person);
- pets (€ 8.00 per night);
