In the heart of the city of Arco, just a step away from the square and our stunning gardens located in the city center, you will find my two well-furnished and welcoming apartments, with particular attention paid to detail. Both have a double bedroom + a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two, accommodating a total of 4 beds each.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find pharmacies, supermarkets, bars/tobacco shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and bike paths. It is certainly an excellent starting point for extensive walking opportunities and to practice any activity that the area offers: free climbing, mountain biking, windsurfing, sailing, canyoning, rafting, golf, horseback riding, and more. In a few minutes, you can reach the enchanting Lake Garda, navigable in all its beauty.

Digital nomads will find with us the ideal place with super-fast Wi-Fi (Eolo 100 MB), tranquility, and an unforgettable landscape.

How to get there

Happy to host you, I am sending you the initial instructions for self check-in.

You will be contacted by email or WhatsApp a few days before your arrival to complete the necessary documentation.

I am always available upon your arrival and during your stay.

Check-in from 15:00 onward, check-out by 9:30 AM (kitchen area clean, no trash, otherwise a one-day charge will apply).

I also ask that you inform me of your expected arrival time and leave me a message on WhatsApp Laura (00393466242615) when you arrive so that you can let me know if everything is alright.

Conditions

The Laly apartments are open all year round. The prices indicated include: electricity, gas, water, independent heating, air conditioning, WI-FI Eolo 100 MB, TV, bed-bath-kitchen linen weekly, dishes, dishwasher and hairdryer, cleaning cloths and detergents. Private garage for covered parking, storage for sports equipment, bikes, motorcycles. Communal garden, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner (to be agreed via WhatsApp). Free upon request high chair, changing table, and crib for children.

The tourist tax is an amount of € 1.00 per person/night (max 10 nights/person) to be paid on site.
