Among palm trees, olive trees and vines, in the charming town of Arco, our apartments Stivo und Castello are located, under the castle, a stone's throw from the Duomo and the climbing walls.Apartments Arco in Centro Stivo in an apartment for up to 8 people, is located on the 1st floor of a villa with garden, has a terrace overlooking the entrance area of the building with a view of the castle and inside houses 3 double bedrooms with names of the natural beauties of the area, (Monte Baldo, Colodri and Benàco original name of Lake Garda),2 bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room and a parking space in the garden; The Castello apartment has 2 balconies, a bathroom with window and a bedroom views of the Castle, living room with kitchen and a parking space in the garden.There is a garage for bikes, windsurfing and equipment.

By car:

-A 22 Brennero motorway,exit Trento Nord(direction Riva del Garda):40km from the toll booth,is highly recommended during the high season(from June to September)and weekends

Small cities and villages on the way: Trento, Cadine, Vezzano, Sarche, Pietramurata, Dro and Arco

-A22 Brennero motorway, exit Rovereto sud: 20km from the toll booth, not recommended during the high season but from the end of November till the 6th of January because of the nice Christmas street markets 20km.

Villages on the way:Loppio, Nago, Arco

By train:

Brennero train line

Rovereto train station: 20km far from Arco.Then bus services to Arco

Conditions

Final payment must be made in cash upon arrival. No credit card.

The city tax of € 1 per person/per night (max 10 nights) is not included.

We require a deposit of 200 euros in cash on arrival, to cover any damage, loss of keys, etc. and correct division of garbage, otherwise it will be returned in cash on departure.

CHECK-IN: between 17 and 19 (to request an arrival time outside these hours, please ask us and we will try to accommodate your request)

CHECK-OUT: by 10 AM on the day of departure (to request a late check-out, please ask us and we will try to accommodate your request).

No smoking, no animals, no children.

The law provides for the signing of a contract on arrival, for this reason, within 2 days of arrival, the sending of identity documents of all residents will be required.
