Our residence is situated just 100 mt. Off the Municipal Casinò, in a central as well as quiet area of Arco. It boasts as many as 20 self-contained apartments of varying size (1 or 2 rooms) and different characteristics, comfortably furnishes with a modern and elegant style, all provided with a fully-equipped kitchen, shoer or bath-tub, balcony, satellite-Tv Lcd, and central heating/air conditioned.
At their disposal our guests will also find a large subterranean car-park with an equipe depot for bikes, lift and THE CLIMBING WALL “BOULDER” WITH “CAMPUS” TRAINING SYSTEM.
CHECK IN INFORMATION
1. At your arrival ring the bell at the entrance.
2. Self check-in at the totem located to the right of the entrance. You will need IDs or passports of all participants in your stay.
3. Make payment (NO cash, only credit/debit card).
4. Collect the card that will be provided to you at the end of check-in.
5. Move your car into the garage: coming out of the gate, take the first ramp to the left.
CHECK IN: from 3pm
CHECK OUT INFORMATION
1. Check-out is to be done by 10:00 am.
2. Go to the totem at the entrance and press the “Check out” button.
3. Insert the card into the post box located on your right side.
4. Access to the garage from the internal stairs to pick up your car.
AT THE DEPARTURE
The apartments must be left in the same conditions as you have found them.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked.
