Distillery
The distillation system is discontinuous “bain-marie”, steam powered.
After the harvest, the best pomace are selected, which without any pressing are slowly distilled.
In this way grappas are obtained with notable aromatic components that expand into a soft and round taste, thanks to the experience of master distiller Bernardino Poli.

Winery
Valle dei Laghi represents the northern maximum limit of olive cultivation, thanks to the sub-Mediterranean climate of Garda: the climatic conditions make the area of Santa Massenza particularly suitable for the cultivation of vines, a tradition that Casimiro Poli’s family carries on since 1924.
Bernardino Poli, owner of the small winery and artisan distillery, works his vineyards, transferring the commitment and care both in the winery and in the distillery, obtaining fine wines, fragrant monovitigno grappas and a series of aromatic grappas with officinal herbs and grappa selected.
The visit to the distillery and the winery is always welcome, every day of the week, by phone booking. A special room is available to friends and customers, for guided tastings directly by the owner Bernardino Poli.
