In the Upper Garda, among the vineyards of Maso Salim, a new generation of winegrowers brings new lifeblood to the art of oenology. In an ever-changing world, between tradition and innovation, we demonstrate that dreams and passion can become a reality. Our desire to create a state-of-the-art winery is a tribute to childhood memories, lessons learned in family vineyards, passion for land and wine. From those memories and from the union of architecture and oenological technology, our cellar is born: a jewel of modernity immersed in tradition.

The raw materials are grown with care, skill and patience entirely in our property. These attentions joined to the production technologies of the winery, reach up to the bottles: look for them in the bubbles of Salim Trentodoc Extra Brut, in the deep red of Issato and Fuvia, in the golden highlights of the Lucida oil and in the intense spirit of Brume di Salim.
