After many years spent homebrewing and a learning experience in Czech Republic, the idea of establishing a Brewery in Valle di Ledro was born – and thus, the Leder Artisan Brewery. We use only the best-quality raw material, especially for what concerns the water – a key element in the brewing process. It proceeds from a pure alpine spring and it does not need any ulterior treatment. Our beers are not pasteurized, not even filtered: they are alive and always evolving.
