A food and wine journey between lake and mountains

A menu that celebrates the excellence of the territory: from homemade bread with Bleggio walnuts to smoked trout, from carne salada to the sweet notes of chestnuts. Each dish is paired with a carefully selected glass of Trentino wine, creating a path that combines seasonality, quality and local identity.

This themed menu, created with the symbolic ingredients of Garda Trentino’s food and wine tradition, is part of the Mese del Gusto.

  • Trofie pasta with smoked trout and cherry tomatoes in a bread crust | Paired with: Glass of Trento DOC Brut, fresh and mineral;
  • Cream of broccoli soup with Bleggio walnut crumble | Paired with: Glass of Nosiola from Trentino, an indigenous white with notes of dried fruit;
  • Carne salada tartare with apples, honey and cinnamon | Paired with: Glass of Lagrein, lively and fruity;
  • Chestnut panna cotta from Drena with Rebo reduction | Paired with: Glass of Vino Santo Trentino, sweet and complex;
  • Coffee and wine pairing included in the price.
