Guided hike on Monte San Martino between nature and archaeology.
Hike that combines nature and history, following trails that lead to Monte San Martino, one of the largest fortified archaeological sites in the Alpine region. The route alternates between forest paths and rocky sections, with views gradually opening over the valley.
At the top, you reach a rocky spur overlooking the surrounding landscape. Here, you can explore the remains of Gothic-era fortifications, evidence of a settlement once used for defence and control of the area.
