How about indulging in Trentodoc bubbles and delightful canapés made from local ingredients? Doesn't it make you want to set sail right away?

Ready to set sail? Here's what to know before toasting on board:

Everything you need is on board: you don’t need to bring anything for the aperitif, but we recommend light-soled shoes and a windbreaker jacket;
The menu, curated by Locanda 53, includes six small bites inspired by local traditions:
FROM MOUNTAIN HUT TO SAILBOAT: Storo polenta chips with smoked salt
A REVISITED CLASSIC: Mini hamburgers of carne salada tartare, caramelised onions and horseradish mayonnaise
TRENTINO PANZANELLA: Bread, fermented lemon, basil and marinated trout
IT’S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE: Monte Baldo herb mantecato cheese with Garda oil crackers
FROM TRENTINO WITH PASSION: Tramezzino with Comano cheese, apples and walnuts
A FINALE WITH TASTE: Thousand leaves of Trentino apples and "fregalotta" cake with polenta and almonds

Die Segeltour ist gut, natürlich gehört auch Wind dazu der aber leider nicht kam. Das ist halt das Wetter. Nicht gut war: der Versuch der Kontaktaufnahme keine Antwort weder Telefon noch Email. Es gehört unbedingt eine genaue Beschreibung in Bild und Text des Treffpunktes, der Parkmöglichkeit und Uhrzeit des Treffpunktes zur Anmeldebestätigung dazu.

Siamo stati accompagnati da Alessio durante il viaggio in barca e ci ha dato tantissime informazioni sul Garda e la sua storia. Nonostante il tempo non fosse stato dei migliori ci siamo trovati benissimo Super consigliato

Matteo bravo e professionale .. ho già fatto riverse esperienze con voi e in Liguria.. ieri deludente perché andava annullata … o anticipata .. nn si può vendere esperienza al tramonto con la pioggia e un misero giretto in cerchio .. sarebbe da rimborsare almeno il 50% .. ottimo invece la box .. deludente e in Liguria con € 45 per 3 ore di navigazione , due fermate x bagno e super aperitivo … insomma in confronto … siete stati deludenti .. da domenica che chiamo e scrivo mail x sapere se spostavate , viste le previsioni … ma nulla … nn penso vi sarà una prossima esperienza con voi .. saluti Abis Emanuela
