• Everything you need is on board: you don’t need to bring anything for the aperitif, but we recommend light-soled shoes and a windbreaker jacket;

• FROM MOUNTAIN HUT TO SAILBOAT: Storo polenta chips with smoked salt
• A REVISITED CLASSIC: Mini hamburgers of carne salada tartare, caramelised onions and horseradish mayonnaise
• TRENTINO PANZANELLA: Bread, fermented lemon, basil and marinated trout
• IT’S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE: Monte Baldo herb mantecato cheese with Garda oil crackers
• FROM TRENTINO WITH PASSION: Tramezzino with Comano cheese, apples and walnuts
• A FINALE WITH TASTE: Thousand leaves of Trentino apples and "fregalotta" cake with polenta and almonds
