Visit Frantoio di Riva and enjoy a guided tasting.

Once a year, Frantoio di Riva opens its doors to take you on a journey of discovery into extra virgin olive oil, from where it is made to the table.

You’ll enter the production area, take a closer look at the mill and discover how olives are transformed into oil. Through stories and machinery, you’ll follow their journey from arrival at the mill to the creation of extra virgin olive oil.

The visit continues in the Galleria del Gusto with a guided tasting of the newly produced oil. You’ll learn to recognise its scents and aromas, appreciate its characteristics and discover how to make the most of it at the table.

  • Book at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The visits at 14.00 and 17.00 are in Italian only. The 15.30 visit is available in Italian and English.
