Once a year, the Riva Olive Mill opens its doors for a truly unique experience.
Guided by our experts, you will step inside the production areas, where you can see the modern machinery up close and learn about every stage that transforms olives into precious extra virgin olive oil.

The journey culminates in the evocative Gallery of Taste, where you will taste the freshly produced oil following professional techniques, paired with carefully selected dishes designed to enhance its flavors.
