A journey of flavour, from the glass to the plate.
A dinner where Trentino and Piedmont meet at the table, bringing together two wines that express the character of their respective regions: Trentino Reboro and Piedmontese Barbera.
Each dish will be paired with both wines, offering a chance to discover, through food and wine, the differences, affinities and traditions of two regions with a strong food and wine identity.
The menu will be created by chef Paolo Betti, a member of the Slow Food Alliance of Chefs, combining local products, flavours and creativity on a journey from Trentino to Piedmont.
