Now in its tenth edition, the tournament is much more than a sports competition. It is a valuable opportunity for athletes to engage in both sporting and personal exchanges with teams from across Italy and Europe, while also serving as a platform to promote the city and territory internationally.
Over the years, the event has become one of the key reference points for youth hockey in Europe, with an increasing number of teams competing for the limited available spots.
For the past three years, the tournament has been recognized with the Eco Eventi Trentino label, thanks to its fully sustainable organization and a series of shared initiatives: reusable cups and water bottles branded with the Eco-Eventi logo, water supplied through fountains to reduce plastic use, and an ecological area dedicated to teaching proper waste separation. Locally sourced foods, biodegradable tableware, and many other measures further contribute to improving environmental quality.
The tournament brings hundreds of young athletes to the shores of Lake Garda, together with parents and accompanying adults. As in previous editions, we anticipate welcoming around 800 people at the Sant’Alessandro Sports Center, confirming the event as a major sporting, social, and tourist highlight for the territory.
It is a mindful event because it is certified as an Eco Event Trentino, with an organization focused on sustainability. In this way, it combines sporting value, tourist impact, and environmental responsibility.
