In winter the Tremalzo basin is covered with snow. What better way to explore it than with a nice snowshoe walk?
Tremalzo has something to offer in every season. Spring is the season of blooming, summer of alpine pasture, autumn of migratory birds. In winter a thick blanket of snow covers the meadows of Tremalzo and everything turns white. Until the 1980s, Tremalzo was also a ski resort. Even today, the areas without vegetation bear witness to the presence of ski lifts.

Directions
From Rifugio Garibaldi take the Strada del Gras and pass Malga Bezzecca. At the edge of the forest turn left and continue through the meadows. Before reaching the road, turn back toward the hut and return to the refuge.
