Authenticity and local flavour

A menu that enhances the most authentic flavours of Garda Trentino: from carne salada to Trentino beef, from Bleggio walnuts to chestnuts. Rich and genuine dishes, exalted by pairings with the great wines of the territory.
This themed menu, created with the symbolic ingredients of Garda Trentino’s food and wine tradition, is part of the Mese del Gusto.

  • Welcome with homemade bread with Bleggio walnuts and Garda Trentino extra virgin olive oil;
  • Garda Burger - Carne salada seared on the grill (Macelleria Zecchini), Trentingrana cheese, fried egg, rocket, tartar sauce. Served with Torbole broccoli sautéed in alpine butter | Suggested pairing: Rebo
  • Linguine with Bleggio walnut pesto | Suggested pairing: Nosiola;
