In the quiet plain of Arco, Osteria Le Servite welcomes its guests in a building that once belonged to the Servite Nuns. Here, amid ancient stories and a charming atmosphere, we offer a themed menu that tells the story of the land in every dish.

This themed menu, created with the symbolic ingredients of Garda Trentino’s food and wine tradition, is part of the Mese del Gusto.

Welcome with bread and Millenario Maso Bòtes extra virgin olive oil;
Carpaccio of carne salada, “fasoi en bronzon” cream, casolet mousse and sweet-and-sour red onion;
Cannelloni filled with chestnuts and Trentino lucanica sausage, pumpkin béchamel and rosemary;
Our braised beef with mountain potato purée and broccoli;
Homemade ricotta cake with pears and walnuts.
